I · The earth
Old workings, older than anyone remembers.
Gold was dug at Kolar for centuries before modern mining began here in 1880.
Our story
A family jeweller a short drive from the old Kolar Gold Fields. Renovated, and reopened on M.G. Road, in October 2025.

I · The earth
Gold was dug at Kolar for centuries before modern mining began here in 1880.

II · The ore
The Champion Reef workings went over 3 km below ground, until the mines closed in 2001.

III · The assay
Purity is counted in thousandths. Choose a karat.
22K: 916 parts gold in every 1,000. The rest is alloy, which gives the piece its strength.

IV · The ornament
Every piece carries a BIS hallmark and a six-character HUID.

The same family behind the counter, in two buildings.

Then
A wood fascia, our name in Kannada above it, and the BIS mark on the board. This was the counter before the renovation.

A new building on M.G. Road. The same family, and the same BIS hallmark on every piece.
